Our spices are produced in Baise, Guangxi, China. The area is a karst plateau mountainous area with an average altitude of about 1,000 meters. The local ecological environment is excellent, with a warm and humid climate and no industrial pollution. It is a natural growing place for spice plants such as star anise, cinnamon, and Sichuan peppercorns. We have grown these spices locally for more than a thousand years.

MANUAL PICKING
The fresh fruits of our spices can only be picked manually at present, and there is no machine that can replace it. Take star anise as an example. An adult can only pick 50 kilograms of fresh fruit a day. After processing and drying, we can get about 12.5 kilograms of dried star anise finished product.

ANCIENT METHOD PROCESSING
We process our spice products using traditional techniques and reject any additives;
Taking star anise as an example, after we pick the fresh fruit, we soak the fresh fruit in boiling water for 45 minutes, then dry it in natural sunlight for a week, and finally get the whole dried star anise finished product.

INTERNATIONAL TESTING STANDARDS
After we obtain the finished spices, we will conduct more than 600 individual tests on each batch of products for microorganisms, heavy metals, pesticide residues, anthraquinones, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and issue internationally recognized test reports such as CNAS.
